Yes, absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM customization services. We can place your custom brand labels on our styles or completely manufacture your custom designs, tags, wash care labels, and customized packaging.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customization?
We support growing brands with a small MOQ. Custom sweaters require a minimum order quantity of only 60 pieces per color.
Q4:
How much is the sample fee, and can it be refunded?
You can order a sample to check the quality before placing bulk orders. If you place a bulk order exceeding 100 pieces for a style, the sample fee for that specific style will be fully refunded to you.

What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
Our lead time for sample development is 3 to 7 working days, and the bulk production lead time is approximately 12 to 15 working days.

What decorations and designs can you create?
We can create different knitting patterns, and we accept custom reference images or physical samples. We offer a wide range of decorations including flat embroidery, hand embroidery, crochet, beadings, sequins, and print details.
