For in-stock samples, products are dispatched immediately and arrive within 7 days. For bulk wholesale orders, production takes about 15 days depending on the volume. Total delivery time is approximately 5 days by express, 10 days by air cargo, or 35 days by sea freight.
3. How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once dispatch is complete, we will immediately provide a tracking number. You can monitor the real-time shipping status and location directly on the carrier's official website at any time.

5. What is the sample policy and associated sample lead time?
We offer free sample options for single units (shipping cost to be covered by the buyer). If additional samples are required, a nominal fee is charged. The sample charge is fully refundable once a bulk order exceeding 1,000 pieces per color/size is successfully placed.
6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom apparel designs?
Our MOQ for customized styles and specifications is 200 pieces per color and style. For in-stock items, a minimum of 100 pieces per style/color is required.
