QWHAT IS THE MOQ, IF QUANTITY OF THE ORDER IS VERY SMALL, WILL WE ACCEPT IT?
Our MOQ is 2 pcs for RTS products, 50 pcs for custom products. We accept customized logo, brand and package.
QCAN WE MAKE SAMPLE BASED ON ORIGINAL SAMPLE OR PICTURE?
Yes, we can make sample based on original sample, also we can make sample refer to picture or designed artwork.
QHOW TO BUY SAMPLE IN SHOWING ROOM?
For new clients, you need to pay for the sample. But the sample fee will return when you meet the MOQ in bulk order.
QIF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH DESCRIPTION IN WEBSITE, HOW TO SOLVE IT?
We always provide good after-sales service. If the products are defective or different with description, we will accept exchange or return.
