3. Can I Get the Pre-Production or Top Sample?
Yes, we will send you a sample to confirm the product quality before bulk production begins.
4. How Much is the Sample Fee and How Long Does It Take?
The sample fee is generally USD 20.00 per piece, which can be refunded when the bulk order is placed. The process normally takes 15 working days or less.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For T-shirts, the MOQ is 50pcs/color/design. Hoodies, sweatshirts, jogger pants, tank tops, polo shirts, and soccer jerseys require 100pcs/color/design. Base jackets and jerseys require 120pcs/color/design. All orders accept mixed sizes. If you only require blank sample hoodies, the MOQ is lower; please contact us for more information.
6. How Long is the Delivery Time?
It typically takes 3 working days or less for samples, and about 15 working days for bulk orders after the deposit has been received.
